Becoming a member is easy.

Please take a look at our "documents" link- here you will find our members guide, which will give you further informtion and the expectations of both our members and of the volunteers etc.

You will also find our members agreement. This is what we ask all members to sign on joining group.

We always arrange to meet new members 15 minutes before the start of group for their first session- this is to try and reduce anxiety by enabling new members to meet the volunteers prior to everyone else coming into group, and to ensure you are happy with all of the group rules, and for us to answer any questions you may have.
